Data Analysis for business
eCommerce business operation and strategy
Handle the 6 P (Products, Price, Place, Promotion, Psi and Profit) per assigned category, and eventually drive sales and profitability.
Regularly collect information on the market and competitive product activities, and source suitable supply chain and products for Southeast Asia market.
Oversee sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each brand.
Cooperate with Brand and the Stores (online/Offline). Work with Merchandising to place appropriate orders, optimize inventory and oversee in inventory integrity.
Consult and execute commercial strategy for Brands across E-commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, JD Central), own brand.com store and on social media.
Lead day-to-day operation in sales and, supply chain management, and promotion management and business analytics
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure delivery in timely manner.
Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
Consulting and suggest on increase sales by marketing new product ranges
Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives.
Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating implementation
Managing the competitiveness with pricing, assortments and stock availability.
Regularly analyze sales, traffic, conversion and customer funnel to guide promotional campaigns

Qualified to degree level in Business or a related subject.
Experience 5+ years of retail & online sales experience in Mobile products
Very strong commercial and relationship management abilities
Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude
Drive to reach challenging online sales target
