  • Expand sale channels, such as Modern trade, retail & specific stores to achieve sales target of Home /Sport / Digital & Electronic Categories.

  • Develops and implements offline & O2O sale strategy action plan to achieve the target sales.

  • Responsible for product present and training to customers, collect training feedback and give improvement plans.

  • Work closely with customers to set up the meetings to review and improve sales performance

  • Close collaboration with product category team on effective promotion to drive sell-out.

  • Monitor and maintain close relationship with customers.

  • Other task assigns by team

工作规范

  • At least 3+ year work experience on sales management.

  • ***Good understanding in Home / Sport / Digital & Electronic market trend and sales.***

  • Very strong project management abilities.

  • Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, flexible, open and supportive mindset

  • Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude.

  • Drive to reach challenging sales target.
