1.Expand health channels, such as hospital / pharmacy /clinic /drug store & chain to achieve sales target
2.Develops and implements B2B sale strategy action plan for health product under category.
3.Responsible for product presentation and training to customers, collect training feedback and prepare for improvement plans.
4.Work closely with customers to set up regular meetings and review sales performance.
5.Close collaboration with product category team on effective promotion to drive sell-out.
6.Monitor and maintain close relationship with customers.
7. Other task assigns by team
•At least bachelor degree(Bachelor of Pharmacy will be more favorable)
•At least 3+ year work experience on sales management.
•Good understanding in pharmacy market trend and sales.
•Very strong project management abilities.
•Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, flexible, open and supportive mindset
•Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
