Experience in managing online store
Operate the overall product content, information, price and picture upload. Make sure it was published correctly on social commerce stores of every platform (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Line, etc)
Monitor dashboard and support host of live streaming the important information using customers’ insight and platform dashboard data.
Facilitate every transaction end to end, to make sure that customer data syncs completely and correctly with the warehouse system in time.
Co-ordinate with category teams, brand teams, as well as external partners to maximize the store performance.
Co-ordinate with internal e-commerce team to supply the overall needed information.
Report sales of each store, including affiliate program performance, to related teams, including finance.
Check and manage stocks for every social commerce channel, especially when launching campaign with platform.
Serve customer by answering overall questions about transaction, for example, how to purchase, how to use discount coupon, what delivery status is, etc.
Work closely with Tiktok Thai and Chinese team, be a contact person to manage platform promotion campaign, solve technical issue and improve operation efficiency by working with the platform key person.
Monitor change in product sales and optimized down the road.
Provide support in other areas of marketing like Tiktok ad, Email Marketing, SEM, performance marketing, etc.
Experience in managing online store on e-commerce or social media (Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Self-Motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills
Organization skills and ability to take initiative while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Willing to be trained and embrace the pressure
Familiar with social media trend
Good communication skills in English and Thai (Chinese is a huge plus)
